(c1751, Coventry) married Isaac
LITCHFIELD on 12.2.1771 at St
John's, Coventry. This would be her first marriage. There appears
to be two children from this marriage: William
LITCHFIELD (c1774) & Isaac
LITCHFIELD (c1777). Her
husband Isaac appears to have died between 1776 & 1787 (not
found).
Widowed Elleoner
LICHFIELD married William
SANDERS
on 4.1.1787 at St John's, Coventry. A witness was Isaac
LITCHFIELD. She then had three children by William.
Family name
origins: nearby C13th Staffs. city Lichfield (below).
There is
also a Litchfield in Hampshire, south of Newbury, which does not
appear to have been a local name originator.
The highest
clusters surrounding NTT & BKM may be associated with a field
in Litchborough (NTT).
