ASHBURY Family of Nottinghamshire.
The family
name of ASHBURY probably originates from Ashbury in Berkshire
& Ashbury Manor (from 1488), although with ash (a common
tree) and bury (common name for hill) there can be a number of
other places that have the name, some since disappeared. None
currently known in Notts.

& Mary Ann ASHBURY
are my 6xGGPs. Seeking Mary's origins.
