The only family reference is Mary Ann ADAMS who married James CRISP on 23.10.1777 at St Nicholas, Nottingham. She was given otp (of this parish) at her wedding, but no baptism for her has been found in Nottingham city churches of St Nicholas, St Peter or St Mary, nor is there any obvious family in the neighbourhood. Her origins, therefore, may be from outside of the City.

who may have a Mary Ann ADAMS baptism in the 1750's.
If she married as a widow, she may be Mary Ann COCKS c. 5.9.1750 d/o Christopher
& Elizabeth at St Peter, or Mary Ann HOLLINGSWORTH c. 21.4.1759 d/o Samuel
& Mary at St Mary.
