- Felicity Grace, Pencil Artist, Geneva -

Thank you for considering commissioning me for a portrait of a member of your family or pet.
Please read the following
TERMS & CONDITIONS  before commissioning a portrait.
Please also bear in mind that each portrait will be unique, and I will be happy to discuss your specific requirements.
If you require any further information, please contact me by email.

1. You must supply a very good quality image of the subject, ensuring the whole subject (or the part to be drawn) is totally in focus. I may require additional photos to get a better feel for the subject. Please consider carefully whether the photo(s) capture the image and essence of the subject.

2. Portraits will consist of faces (head & shoulders of people) or the whole animal. Please note I do not include backgrounds.

3. You must provide the required size of the portrait. Due to the detail typical of my style, portraits of each subject will be contained within A4. Size will also affect price.

4. Please state if you wish the portrait to meet a specific deadline. Typically a small portrait will require 2-4 weeks.

5. Final price will be negotiated and agreed beforehand, and will be based on the complexity of the subject matter, portrait size and the time estimated for completion. Prices will be quoted in Pounds Sterling or Swiss Francs only.

6. A 40% non-returnable deposit is payable before work can start. The final 60% is payable upon completion and before the final portrait is shipped. Final price will include secure shipping without framing. Payments are to be made by PayPal or international bank transfer (clients agree to pay the cost of all fees and currency exchange rates).

7. Upon completion I will send a high-quality scan for your approval.

8.  The final portrait is subject to copyright and as the artist I retain all rights. The image may not be copied, reproduced or shown for commercial gain without my express written permission. Otherwise, use of the portrait or image of the portrait by you for personal non-profit use (or example, personal website or blog) is allowed, but please credit me as the artist.

9. I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.
